Rooibosch and Ginger Health Cooler (c)




2 x Rooibosch teabags.
1 x Teaspoon freshly squeezed ginger juice.
Raw honey.
1 x liter of cold purified water.

Method:

1. Steep the teabags in half a cup of boiling water.
2. Remove teabags and add the teaspoon of ginger juice while still hot
3. Add liter of purified water.
4. Sweeten to taste with raw honey.
5. Pour into tall glasses and serve with crushed ice.
